Studies in World Language Problems is an occasional series published by CED together with John Benjamins Publishing Company (Amsterdam) on political, sociological and economic aspects of language and language use. It concerns particularly language policy issues and relations between language communities, specifically in international contexts.

The book series welcomes monographs and edited volumes on language policy, language management and language use in international and multinational organisations and enterprises, as well as theoretical studies on communication, multilingualism and language conflict.
