Esperantologio /Esperanto Studies
Esperantologio / Esperanto Studies (EES) is an interdisciplinary journal on all phenomena related to Esperanto. It publishes contributions based on original studies on linguistic, historical, literary, psychological, sociological and political aspects of Esperanto. In addition to research articles and book reviews, EES also publishes selected contributions from our Conferences on Esperanto Studies. It publishes contributions primarily in Esperanto and English, but is open to texts in other languages – in this regard, EES particularly encourages the reviewing of books in other languages.
The main aim of EES is to stimulate new approaches to Esperanto Studies and Interlinguistics and to support professional exchange and collaboration in these fields. The constructive feedback from the editorial board and reviewers aims to help researchers improve their works and, in the future, also publish related studies in peer-reviewed journals in other languages.
Created in 1949, EES has been published under the auspices of CED and in collaboration with the publishing house Mondial since 2019. EES publishes one issue per year, both online and in print.
